A few months back, Kids of 88 teased us with the release of 'just a little bit,' a sleezy but fun mix of dance and intrique. A little over a week ago (8/16/10), they released their anticipated album 'Sugarpills'. The New Zealand 'new wave/ electro' duo did not disapoint, releasing a susynct but diverse blend of sexy vibes and gestures. Kids, The self proclaimed "cross between a late 80s police drama intro theme and a sophisticated super hussy," deliver the dance basslines anticipated months ago. The breakthrough songs that delivered were 'Ribbons of Light,' My House,' and 'Everybody Knows,' with the closing song 'Downtown' recieving some noteriaty. However, my personal favorite is the simple but up-beat romantic buzz "San Fran." It delivers a steady vibe sure to bring good times and smiles. It can be found for your listening pleasure HERE.
Just for fun, the hit tracks from 'Sugarpills' are right here. Enjoyable dance tunes, but meant for only the right crowds.
Both "Ribbons of Light" and "My House" have a supper sleezy but tastefull vibe to them. Good fun to enjoy with a partner.

The other songs on the album that have recieved credit are "Downtown," a potentially fun pregame song meant for the night out down the town, and "Everybody Knows," a cute yet blatent inuendo for a good time. (It's what set the tone for their release).
